If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund of the value of your goods* minus a collection fee which we have to pay for our couriers to collect. We believe that in order to have the best possible shopping experience, our customers should have the right to return goods whatever the reason. So if you’re not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason…

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any of our mattresses that have been opened from their original packaging due to hygiene reasons, we ask that you try the mattress in its plastic before opening it as we want you to be happy with your mattress. If you’re not, under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt as long as the mattress is factory sealed. It is also down to the customer to ensure you have measured up correctly to see if the mattress will fit up your staircase.

Please contact our Customer Service Team on 01829 751562 to arrange a refund or exchange. It’s important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and ensure they are in the original packaging.

OBM dispatches its two-man deliveries on a weekly basis which is offered by our specialist courier DSV offering a two man delivery service with delivery to the room of your choice.

Once your order has been dispatched and received at DSV’s delivery hub they will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date by supplying you with a delivery date for when they will next be visiting your postcode.

All orders will receive a 30 minute warning on the delivery to ensure you are home to accept.

You may pay for your order using the following cards:

Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Delta and Switch.

All transactions are in Dirhams. The security measures put in place to ensure your card number is encrypted, mean that you can buy with total confidence that our purchase is risk-free. Please refer to the Site Security section for more information. However, you can also place an order over the phone. We do accept payment by cheque but goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
