With the background of FMCG distribution including color cosmetics, skincare, hygiene and dental products since 1993, Multiplex diversified into retail by setting up Exquisite beauty store in 2005 to take advantage of the retail boom happening in this part of the world.

Exquisite beauty store set up its first store in Aweer, Dubai., within Union Cooperative Society premises.

The Pilot store was set up in May 2009 at Al Nahda, Sharjah, with retail space of 750 sq ft. This was the format that Exquisite moved forward with, in the years to come. In the ten months of the store opening, the response received to the format and the brand mix was astonishingly encouraging.

With 16 standalone outlets across all seven states of UAE, Exquisite beauty stores have achieved a major milestone in less than a decade’s time!
